About the Role
The Superintendent will oversee field coordination, quality control, and day‑to‑day supervision of subcontractors, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and comply with safety standards. • Prepare project schedules and maintain accurate status reports. • Coordinate field activities, control quality, and supervise subcontractor crews efficiently and cost‑effectively. • Review project progress regularly with the Project Manager and client representatives. • Enforce safety standards and ensure tools and equipment are used safely. • Direct subcontractor activities on ground‑up residential projects. • Analyze manpower, material, and equipment needs and communicate requirements to the supervising superintendent. • Implement and enforce field construction policies, procedures, and work rules. • Prepare reports and forecasts to keep supervisors informed of overall activity progress.

What You Bring
• Minimum 10 years of field experience on commercial or life‑sciences projects; high‑end amenities experience a plus. • Prior supervisory roles such as General Foreman, Field Engineer, or Assistant Superintendent. • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills.
