About the Role
The Assistant plays a central role in ensuring residents receive a seamless and welcoming experience throughout the property. By supporting day‑to‑day operations, they help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for students and guests. • Deliver personalized service to students, providing information and handling enquiries. • Greet and welcome students and guests at the front desk with a friendly attitude. • Respond to questions and resolve issues promptly. • Ensure facilities are respected and maintained to high standards. • Perform regular block walks to inspect and report on all building areas. • Replenish refreshments and manage vending machine supplies. • Receive, store, and organise parcels for student access. • Act as primary contact for incidents or emergencies on site. • Maintain waste‑management areas in line with health and safety regulations. • Hands‑on approach to cleanliness and safety of communal areas.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has solid experience in premium customer service, a proactive attitude toward cleanliness and safety, and strong technology skills. They must communicate excellently in English (additional languages welcomed), stay organized under pressure, and thrive in a multicultural environment. • Proven experience in premium customer service. • Strong technology proficiency with operational software. • Excellent English communication; additional languages welcomed. • Strong organisational, leadership and calm‑under‑pressure abilities. • Adaptable, creative, positive and resilient. • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
