About the Role

The position does not involve lead generation; you will work with pre‑qualified buyers who attend appointment‑only presentations. You will apply the selling concepts promoted at HGV, promote a positive, collaborative environment, and carry out reasonable requests from management. Key duties include greeting guests, listening to their travel interests, and recommending the best options. You will present ownership products to generate sales and leads, maintain effective communication through email, phone and written correspondence, and attend weekly sales training sessions. What You Bring

To be successful, candidates should preferably hold a valid Florida real‑estate license, have at least one year of sales or customer‑service experience in luxury goods or vacation ownership, and possess a proven track record. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, strong problem‑solving skills, the ability to meet compensation goals, fluency in English, and at least a high‑school diploma or equivalent are required. • Preferably hold a valid Florida Real Estate License and have at least one year of sales or customer‑service experience. • Demonstrate English proficiency and possess a high‑school diploma or equivalent.
