The Director drives canvassing efforts to generate tenant opportunities, expands the client base, and collaborates with agents and industry stakeholders to keep market intelligence up to date. As a trusted advisor, the Director provides clients with strategic market insights and transaction advice, conducts regular leasing meetings to align strategy and priorities, and implements tailored marketing plans while managing negotiations with clients and tenants. They model and embed Cushman & Wakefield’s culture, values, and professional standards, champion sustainable business practices, and represent the brand to ensure clients benefit from the firm’s integrated capabilities. In Learning & Development, the Director develops market standards, and trains, coaches, and mentors top talent to perform at the highest level.
