About the Role

As an Electrical Engineer you will be part of our Electrical Engineering team working on‑site, collaborating with global design centers, product management and development to deliver motor and electrical component solutions. • Provide technical support for internal motor products, audit motor manufacturing processes and qualify electrical components. • Design and develop single‑phase electric motors, BLDC motors and controllers, electronic hardware, testing and validation. • Implement engineering changes on electrical parts such as motors, switches and cord sets. • Optimize electrical solutions, improve processes and create innovations for electrical parts and platforms. • Audit electrical supplier processes and lead localization/value‑improvement projects aligned with global strategy. • Collaborate with the global design center on new motor and electrical component development. • Communicate globally with product management and development teams. • Grow within a global company of 20+ brands and multiple career paths. • Participate in volunteerism and sustainable business practices that give back to communities.

What You Bring

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering, motor technology or a related field. • Possess 3–5 years of experience in design/manufacturing of universal motors; experience with power tools or home appliances is a plus. • Have specialized knowledge in single‑phase motor design, BLDC motor and controller development, electronic hardware, testing and validation. • Demonstrate strong learning ability, technical problem‑solving skills and a sense of responsibility. • Be familiar with motor manufacturing processes, SPC, 8D reports, Six Sigma and PFMEA evaluation. • Exhibit good English communication skills and a positive team‑work attitude. • Experience an inclusive workplace that values respect, diversity, equity and inclusion.
