About the Role

As a senior engineer you will lead design teams, review work for completeness, accuracy and timeliness, and assume responsibility for the economic wellbeing of assigned projects. You will conduct business development, prepare due‑diligence and feasibility reports, establish design standards, budgets and schedules, and participate in QA/QC processes. Additional duties include Engineer‑of‑Record responsibilities, calculations, equipment selection, system layout, field investigation, construction administration, staff resource management, and client representation. • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary design teams on electrical projects. • Manage project budgets, schedules, and economic performance. • Perform engineering calculations, equipment selection, system layout, and construction administration. • Produce CAD/BIM drawings and specifications meeting client standards. • Conduct business development, due‑diligence, and feasibility studies. • Serve as Engineer of Record and oversee QA/QC processes. • Represent the firm with clients, contractors, architects, and project stakeholders. • Provide flexible work schedule: 9‑hour office days Mon‑Thu and 4‑hour remote Friday.

What You Bring

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Plumbing or Electrical engineering, at least eight years of MEP experience, and a Professional Engineer (PE) license. Hands‑on design expertise and strong CAD/Revit skills are essential for this highly technical role. • Require B.S. in Mechanical, Plumbing or Electrical Engineering, 8+ years MEP experience, PE license, and advanced CAD/Revit proficiency.
