About the Role

The Road Mechanic position is responsible for preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a diverse fleet that typically includes aerial work platforms, construction tools, and, at specialty locations, large generators, pumps, HVAC, and oil‑&‑gas equipment. Technicians must perform work safely and efficiently to minimize downtime while often operating in remote, challenging environments. The role offers exposure to a wide range of equipment and the opportunity to advance toward service or operations management. • Work on a variety of makes, models & equipment in challenging remote locations • Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management • May need to provide mechanic’s tools of trade
