About the Role
This position works the 6 pm to 6 am shift and is responsible for supervising the day‑to‑day activities of employees and processes within the Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) operations. • Identify and oversee procedures to maximize productivity and efficiency of the location. • Supervise daily schedules of employees and operations. • Ensure compliance with company regulations, policies, and procedures. • Review work for quality, timeliness, and adherence to standards. • Maintain equipment and facilities in good working order. • Coach, train, and evaluate employee performance; contribute to termination, compensation, and promotion decisions. • Compile and interpret data from daily transactions. • Create and submit weekly and month‑end reports to senior management.

• Reconcile P‑card at month end. • Required: High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of relevant work experience. • Preferred: Weighmaster License, Solid Waste Operator Certificate, CDL.
