About the Role

The Fund Product team is offering a contract internship until June 2026. The role is project‑based and involves collaborating with internal and external partners to design, market, structure and execute new fund concepts. In this position you will help bring new fund ideas to market, engage with investors, manage project timelines and work closely with teams across transactions, development, finance, legal and tax to deliver required research and board materials. • Support development and approval of new fund products (business cases, financial modelling, capital structuring) • Contribute to investor marketing and due diligence (prepare pitch materials, respond to information requests) • Provide project management support and collaborate with cross‑functional teams (transactions, development, finance, legal, tax) • Conduct market, transaction and investor research; assist with Board and Investment Committee materials

What You Bring

The ideal candidate is a motivated student or recent graduate in Property, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline, with strong analytical and numerical ability, emerging financial‑modelling skills, and a genuine interest in property and real assets. Effective communication, attention to detail and a proactive, organized approach are essential. • Final‑year or recent graduate in Property, Finance, Commerce or related field with strong analytical and numerical skills • Demonstrated ability in financial modelling, valuation and commercial analysis • Strong written and verbal communication; proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; detail‑oriented • Proactive, organized, adaptable and aligned with Dexus behaviours (collaborate, drive value, unlock possibilities)
