About the Role
The role involves performing intermediate‑level tasks aligned with the company's processes and business objectives. The employee will support day‑to‑day operations, adhering to established standards while contributing to continuous improvement. • Maintain professional and productive relations and communications with internal customers • Follow standard procedures and integrate new procedures into daily routine • Meet or exceed individual productivity requirements • Resolve problem invoices with the highest degree of urgency • Return or resolve quality control issues in problem queues • Generate reports and create MIS for the role when advised

What You Bring
