About the Role
• Stock, pull, and deliver parts and supplies for production orders. • Use data‑collection and software systems to confirm bin transfers and update records. • Operate mobile equipment and perform preventive maintenance on tools. • Conduct 5S, safety stop audits, and participate in continuous‑improvement (CI/PID) processes. • Follow Caterpillar Production System (CPS) standard work sheets and support cross‑training. • Maintain accurate administrative records for receiving, counting, and order processing. • Identify issues, initiate corrective actions, and assist with problem resolution.

What You Bring
Applicants should have at least two years of manufacturing experience, high motivation, strong problem‑solving and communication skills, and the ability to prioritize work in a fast‑paced environment. Compensation includes an hourly rate of $20.53 to $26.13, paid weekly, with a 1st‑shift schedule of 6:00 AM‑4:30 PM, Monday‑Thursday and occasional overtime on Fridays.
