About the Role
The Leasing Manager is responsible for all leasing and marketing functions at a property, working closely with the Community Manager to set occupancy goals, develop strategic plans, and lead the leasing team. The role also focuses on resident satisfaction, retention programs, and effective property promotion. • Lead leasing team to meet occupancy goals and execute strategic marketing plans. • Perform daily on‑site leasing activities, including showings, lease signings, and documentation audits. • Resolve resident complaints and implement retention programs such as events and newsletters. • Develop and manage annual marketing budget, create campaigns, and monitor market conditions. • Organize and supervise leasing and renewal events in coordination with the Community Manager. • Train, coach, and evaluate on‑site staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, Fair Housing and OSHA standards. • Oversee property appearance, maintenance request turnaround, and conduct regular inspections. • Manage vendor relationships, obtain bids, and control operating expenses. • Perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, lifting up to 25 lb, and working in varied weather and confined spaces.

What You Bring
• Hold a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and at least one year of housing industry experience. • Demonstrate basic computer skills and ability to operate on‑site software functions.
