About the Role
The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for efficiently performing all necessary maintenance for the apartment community. This role ensures the property remains well‑maintained and resident satisfaction is upheld. The day‑to‑day responsibilities include performing carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, and plumbing tasks, installing, repairing, and rekeying deadbolt locks, and completing service requests promptly. What You Bring
