About the Role
In this role you will lead maintenance efforts for the Manchester Lake property, ensuring apartments and facilities remain in excellent condition. You will oversee work orders, manage turnovers, and perform repairs on HVAC, plumbing, appliances, and electrical systems to provide residents with a comfortable, well‑maintained living environment. • Oversee and complete apartment maintenance and repairs • Manage work orders and coordinate apartment turnovers • Perform preventative maintenance on all building systems • Lead and mentor maintenance team members • Maintain high standards of customer service and property upkeep

What You Bring
We are looking for candidates with three to five years of residential property maintenance experience, CFC and HVAC certifications, and strong training in plumbing and electrical systems. A valid driver’s license, the ability to travel between properties, strong leadership and communication skills, and a positive, solution‑oriented attitude are essential. Success as a Service Supervisor means leading by example—being confident, accountable, and solutions‑driven. You will proactively manage maintenance operations, mentor your team, ensure safety and compliance, and stay organized and responsive to achieve high resident satisfaction and optimal property performance.
