About the Role
The Dallas‑based Executive Project Portfolio Director will lead a team of Project Managers delivering project‑management services for major data‑center projects. The role focuses on service excellence, expanding the project‑management offering, engaging clients and driving market outreach, while exemplifying strong interpersonal and leadership skills. • Lead and develop a team of Project Managers delivering services for major data‑center projects. • Manage client communications and oversee project‑management team performance. • Conduct market research and produce thought‑leadership reports on construction trends. • Set strategy, resource, financial and business‑generation plans aligned with the Business Plan. • Foster a culture of learning, respect, inclusivity and talent development. • Capture and share knowledge across internal databases and systems. • Identify and implement process improvements for internal workflows. • Ensure compliance with quality standards, participate in ISO and external audits. • Develop risk‑mitigation plans, KPIs and performance measurement frameworks. • Drive business development, cross‑selling and pipeline creation as a brand ambassador. • Prepare proposals and RFP responses, and present to senior leadership and clients. • Track revenue, margins, fees and resource requirements using internal software. • Attend networking events and promote the firm’s capabilities. • Partner with talent acquisition to attract and plan for future staffing needs. • Model a one‑business culture balancing people, clients, stakeholders and society. • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

What You Bring
• Required: 15+ years delivering large‑scale capital projects (data centers, pharma, high‑tech, semiconductors). • Required: Experience overseeing $1B+ programmes or portfolios of complex, multi‑phase projects. • Required: Strong leadership of multidisciplinary engineering, construction, commissioning and commercial teams. • Required: Deep knowledge of project controls, risk management, contracting and program governance. • Required: Excellent communication and executive stakeholder influence. • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field. • Preferred: Experience with hyperscale data‑center, semiconductor fab or regulated pharmaceutical programs. • Preferred: Advanced degree (MBA, MS) or certifications (PMP, CCM, PE, CxA). • Preferred: Familiarity with EPC/EPCM, CMAR or integrated delivery models.
