About the Role
The Soft Services Lead – Property and Asset Management will be based in Bangalore and will report to the Regional Head – South. The role involves leading soft‑services operations within property and asset management, driving performance, and aligning with JLL’s purpose to shape a brighter future. • Lead soft services team, reporting to the Regional Head – South. • Build, maintain, and validate performance of subordinate staff. • Manage program resources, staff coordination, and communication with internal and external customers. • Apply meticulous analysis and problem‑solving to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. • Oversee internal audit functions and provide advisory support for hospitality operations. • Encourage applicants to apply even if not all requirements are met.

What You Bring
Key responsibilities include paying meticulous attention to detail, applying strong problem‑solving skills, building and validating the performance of subordinate staff, and managing program resources and communications with internal and external customers. The incumbent must demonstrate leadership, time‑management and organisational skills, meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment, and adapt to changing client or team requirements. Candidates must have a hospitality background with at least 15 years of experience covering execution, advisory, internal audit, supervision and advisory roles. Excellent written and spoken communication, computer and mobile proficiency, and experience with automation and technology implementation in soft services are required. Preference is given to those with PAM industry experience and a self‑driven, team‑player attitude capable of leading from the front. • Require minimum 15 years hospitality experience, including execution, advisory, supervision, and audit roles. • Demonstrate strong written and spoken communication, computer/mobile proficiency, and automation/technology implementation skills.
