About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, Capital Projects, the Senior Coordinator will work closely with a wide range of departments to ensure departmental and corporate success. They are accountable for tracking, planning, reporting and executing landlord’s work, corporate offices, reviewing tenant work, and executing capital work as required. The role collaborates with departmental leads, external advisors, consultants, vendors and other third parties. • Assist with all phases of landlord’s work—from scope creation and budgeting to execution, closeout, and handover—ensuring compliance with approval timelines and lease clauses. • Plan short‑, medium‑, and long‑term vacant suite programs and support yearly budgeting and quarterly forecasting of active and planned projects. • Help establish and enforce Sustainable Design, BOMA Best, and LEED standards. • Review and approve tenant drawings, plans, specifications, and equipment; attend site visits and meetings as needed. • Support expansion and renovation of Pure’s corporate real estate, coordinating with Corporate Services, IT, HR, and senior leadership to maintain consistent, quality workplaces. • Manage day‑to‑day aspects of recoverable and non‑recoverable capital projects, including budgeting, planning, tendering, execution, and finance activities such as invoicing, reporting and forecasting. • Select appropriate consultants, contractors, and contracts for each project and ensure alignment across stakeholders. • Oversee project benchmarking, maintain cost libraries, organize shared drives, issue purchase orders, act as a resource for internal groups (Investments, Property Management, Asset Management), and assist with company‑wide procurement efforts.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate possesses excellent problem‑solving, task‑management, organizational, communication and facilitation skills, strong attention to detail, and a proven track record of administrative experience in a fast‑paced environment. They should be passionate, coachable and open to new methods. • 2‑3 years of experience in project management, property management, or construction environments. • Experience with purchase orders, capital expenditures, invoice processing, accruals, and Yardi Job Cost. • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; ability to liaise with all organizational levels and specialists across multiple sectors. • Proven ability to lead teams of professionals and manage multiple priorities with competing timelines. • Exceptional time‑management and organizational abilities. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Ability to thrive in a small‑team environment. • Fluency in English; French fluency is a plus.
