About the Role

The position supports a large hospital project in Mumbai, delivering consultancy services as part of the broader construction and delivery effort. The role centres on managing the implementation and effectiveness of a quality management system, ensuring compliance with business, statutory, legal and contractual requirements, and engaging stakeholders to mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement. • Deliver delegated elements of an annual business plan on time and within budget. • Manage and facilitate external certification audits. • Provide expertise and guidance to support achievement of new certifications where appropriate. • Organise and facilitate internal audits in the audit programme. • Lead audits and produce audit reports. • Investigate and interpret root cause analysis of non-conformance, recommending corrective and preventative measures. • Coordinate review of management system content for appropriateness, improvement, and implementation. • Contribute to identification of new systems and processes to drive efficiency, recommending improvements and innovations. • Ensure information for quality reports is available, accurate, and delivered within agreed timescales. • Produce communication articles, plans, and collateral. • Coordinate activities reported in management reviews, collating, analysing, and presenting data, key metrics, trend analysis, and recommendations. • Provide recommendations for action to mitigate risk and improve management system effectiveness. • Provide specialised expertise and knowledge to support business development activities. • Develop and deliver training. • Manage and monitor performance of the supply chain, supporting suppliers through training, guidance, and audits of their QMS capabilities. • Work collaboratively towards net zero carbon transition, identifying and managing associated carbon emissions and reductions during delivery of work.
