About the Role
As a Programme Manager you will provide end‑to‑end leadership across the programme lifecycle, acting as a trusted partner and critical friend while ensuring stakeholder engagement and clear communication are central to success. • Lead successful execution of small to medium scale transformation/real estate programmes and own execution of elements of large‑scale programmes, ensuring measurable benefits. • Establish and drive programme direction, empowering and inspiring teams to achieve success. • Apply industry best‑practice programme management methodologies, preferably in a real estate environment. • Engage client‑side senior managers, suppliers, and other stakeholders across middle management and senior levels. • Act as a first‑class people manager, nurturing internal talent and client teams. • Ensure compliance with governance and risk management requirements, instilling confidence in senior managers. • Develop a robust financial management process, ensuring transparent and effective reporting. • Establish measures to proactively manage programme‑wide health and safety risks.
