About the Role
• Document and review medication administration, refer to resident charts, and administer medications per physician orders • Ensure timely medication administration and order resident medications promptly • Communicate with physicians and other medical professionals about resident medications, treatments, or therapies • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transfers, mobility, and incontinence care • Respond to resident emergency call system

What You Bring
Spring Arbor Senior Living of Cary is seeking qualified Medication Technicians to join our Memory Care program. Individuals are responsible for managing the medication administration program in accordance with state regulations, directing Resident Assistants, and coordinating services under the Resident Care Director. Med Techs develop positive relationships with team members, families, and residents, and must be at least 18 years old with a genuine concern for seniors. • State‑specific Medication Technician / Registered Medication Aide certification (required to proceed) • CNA or PCA/DCS certification in addition to Med Tech license • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum age 18 years (must be 21 years if also serving as an SIC) • Current CPR and First Aid certifications
