About the Role

The Community Leasing Manager oversees all leasing and marketing activities for assigned sites, handling lease administration, marketing plan creation, daily leasing office operations, and supervision of the leasing team. The role reports to the Community Manager and leads Leasing Associates and Community Concierges, collaborating with the Property Manager on special projects and HR tasks while ensuring compliance with policies, legal requirements, and brand standards. • Lead and supervise leasing staff for optimal performance • Provide training, performance management, and issue resolution • Develop marketing strategies, organize events, and manage external campaigns • Deliver timely leasing and marketing reports • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements • Uphold brand standards and present property exceptionally • Collaborate with Property Manager on special projects • Complete HR/People Operations tasks • Work full on‑site shifts, including evenings/weekends as needed • Assist with move‑outs, turn, and move‑ins beyond normal hours • Lift and move objects up to 50 lb regularly

What You Bring

• High school diploma; college degree preferred • 2+ years property or related management experience • Demonstrated leadership skills • Proficient with Office products and Windows/Apple OS • Experience leasing in student housing • Social media marketing expertise • Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools • Entrata or similar property management software experience
