About the Role

The Technician position supports the fleet by performing preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs to minimize downtime. Equipment includes aerial work platforms, general construction tools, and, at specialty locations, large generators, pumps, HVAC, and oil‑&‑gas gear. • Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management • May need to provide tools of the trade

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, with trade‑school training preferred, and have at least five years of experience servicing diesel, heavy‑equipment, or specialty lines. Experience with large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC, or oil‑&‑gas equipment is strongly preferred. Technicians should be prepared to provide their own tools, possess advanced knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, and demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills. Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment is essential. The role requires frequent bending, squatting, reaching, and lifting of 50 lb or more, both indoors and outdoors.
