About the Role

• Greet all customers in a friendly, positive manner as they enter the property. • Answer phones promptly, within three rings. • Maintain knowledge of room openings and availability. • Sell rooms to guests in person, by phone, and through daily Craigslist ads. • Accurately handle all cash and charge transactions and make cash drops in the safe. • Keep precise records of vacant rooms, deposit slips, closing reports, and set the alarm. • Process resident work orders correctly in the system. • Receive and distribute mail to residents. • Maintain a clean and inviting office environment. • Stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds continuously during shifts. • Interact face‑to‑face with customers and multitask in busy conditions. • Comply with brand uniform and hygiene policies.
