About the Role

The Shift Manager provides first‑level supervision of Operations Technicians, ensuring environmental compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role is responsible for developing and coaching team members, maintaining station assets to Constellation standards, and overseeing safe, continuous, and economical plant operations. • Supervise technicians during shift to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot power plant equipment safely and efficiently. • Oversee repair or replacement of mechanical and electrical equipment and manage instrumentation installation, calibration, and maintenance. • Implement operational standards as defined in Operation fundamentals. • Lead group decision‑making, facilitate team building, and provide direction to staff. • Enforce company policies in all employee interactions. • Manage Operations & Maintenance (O&M) costs. • Support station/division strategic goals and be available for on‑call duties and emergency calls. • Administer Asset Suite 9 (AS9) and follow the work management process.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical discipline with five years of experience, or an associate's degree with seven years, or a high school diploma/GED with nine years of relevant experience. Additional requirements include access clearances, a favorable medical exam, and experience with maintenance, work management, power‑generation equipment auxiliaries, and Asset Suite 9 (AS9). Supervisory experience is preferred. • Resolve problems and conflicts using strong interpersonal and communication skills.
