What You Bring
We are looking for a hard‑working, customer‑service‑minded individual with prior apartment maintenance experience to join Morgan Properties as a Service Technician. The technician will troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing, ensure interior and exterior property standards and compliance, respond to maintenance tickets, follow up with residents and staff, and participate in an on‑call rotation with night and weekend flexibility.
