About the Role

The Accounting Analyst III will analyze and review financial information for Latin American countries and provide support to regional controller offices, local country offices, finance, treasury, HR, tax, and supply‑chain teams. The role ensures appropriate controls are followed to minimize errors and deliver accurate accounting information to internal clients. Working closely with the regional coordinator, the analyst provides oversight to the ATR Accounting team, implements process improvements, and answers questions from both the team and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing general‑ledger reconciliations, analyzing variations, and reviewing aging of account balances to prompt appropriate actions. The analyst performs oversight of monthly close duties, supports reporting and consolidation of business units, and records and reviews accounting transactions as needed. A degree in Accounting, Management, Finance or equivalent experience is required, along with 7‑9 years in a similar position; team‑leader experience is preferred. The candidate must be highly motivated, a self‑starter, and possess strong networking, analytical, and organizational abilities. Familiarity with financial‑statement analysis, knowledge of Latin American financial systems, advanced SAP expertise, and advanced Microsoft Office skills are essential.
