About the Role

Key responsibilities include conducting vehicle preventive‑maintenance inspections, performing oil changes and fluid replenishment, making adjustments and light repairs such as tire changes, and handling basic electrical tasks like light replacements. Technicians also conduct visual inspections to spot potential issues, use a variety of tools to diagnose malfunctions, and complete applicable company training programs. • Perform preventive maintenance on diesel and non‑diesel equipment and trucks. • Conduct vehicle inspections, oil changes, fluid replenishment, tire changes, and basic electrical work. • Identify potential equipment issues through visual inspections and troubleshooting tools. • Complete required company training programs. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with company match and an employee stock purchase plan.

What You Bring

With direct supervision from a Lead Technician, Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Manager, a Maintenance Technician C performs preventive maintenance on diesel and non‑diesel equipment and trucks. This role requires basic knowledge of vehicle systems to carry out routine maintenance and repairs. Technicians enjoy working on a single fleet of state‑of‑the‑art equipment, supporting drivers on their routes and servicing some of the most technically advanced vehicles on the road. Qualifications include a basic understanding of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems. Completion of a certified diesel maintenance program or ASE certification is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is preferred. The 2nd‑shift pay range is $25–$36 per hour, depending on experience and locality. • Maintain basic knowledge of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems. • Hold or pursue a certified diesel maintenance program or ASE certification (preferred). • Possess a valid driver’s license (preferred).
