About the Role

Renovo is looking to add a Social Media Coordinator to the expanding Marketing Department. The role will execute corporate and client‑focused social‑media marketing, acting as an internal full‑service agency for Loan Officers (LOs) whose goal is to crush their sales targets. The candidate will manage multiple LO social‑media accounts, implement LO‑focused social‑media programs, attend LO meetings to assess needs, help develop brand strategy, conduct quarterly SWOT and competitor analyses, track platform‑specific KPIs, write copy in each LO’s tone, collaborate with designers, run campaigns through HubSpot, stay current on trends, use tools such as HubSpot, Canva, Hootsuite and bit.ly, build influencer networks, promote assets via the Marketing intranet, assist with Asana project management, support the Account Manager and Communications team, deliver white‑glove service, prioritize conflicting demands, and meet deadlines under pressure. • Manage social media accounts of multiple Loan Officers • Implement social media marketing program to grow LO businesses • Attend LO meetings to identify social media needs • Assist in developing and implementing LO brand strategy • Conduct quarterly SWOT and competitor analysis for each LO • Write social media copy in each LO’s tone • Collaborate with graphic designers on attractive campaigns • Manage LO accounts and campaigns through HubSpot and engage appropriately • Stay up‑to‑date on social media trends and best practices • Use tools such as HubSpot, Canva, Hootsuite, and bit.ly • Establish relationships with industry professionals or influencers • Track and promote social media assets via the Marketing intranet • Assist with managing social media projects on Asana • Support Account Manager and Communications team with day‑to‑day action items • Deliver white‑glove customer service to LOs • Prioritize conflicting needs and handle matters expeditiously under deadline pressure

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent 2‑4 years of experience, preferably reside in the Chicagoland area, and demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit with proactive anticipation of needs. Strong relationship‑building, customer focus, organizational, project‑management, critical‑thinking, and multitasking abilities are required, along with articulate communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferably knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, Hootsuite, Canva, and UTM tracking.
