About the Role
As a Trainee Assistant Site Manager you will shadow senior staff to gain a full understanding of site‑based activities and the complete house‑building process, playing a key role in quality control, health and safety, resource management and commercial controls while supporting the customer journey throughout the development lifecycle. • Enforce health and safety, NHBC, building regulations, and quality standards on site. • Maintain site presentation and housekeeping to Miller Standard and Production Procedures. • Coordinate with internal departments, external suppliers and partners to meet KPIs. • Schedule and facilitate NHBC and Building Control stage inspections. • Investigate customer complaints promptly and implement appropriate actions. • Manage liaison for customer‑chosen supplies and installations with sales, buying, and subcontractors. • Support Site Management and Customer Service in resolving customer concerns. • Assist in overseeing subcontractor work quality and material compliance. • Plan, organise, and monitor tasks effectively. • Build and maintain positive working relationships.

What You Bring
The position is full‑time within the Production department in the West Midlands, and if you do not already hold a relevant qualification you will be supported to work towards a nationally recognised credential. • Communicate clearly in writing and orally, with strong IT proficiency.
