About the Role

The Leasing Consultant at Evora I works closely with the onsite management team to create positive first impressions for visitors, prospects, and residents. This role focuses on building rapport, driving occupancy and rent growth, and delivering a welcoming experience through friendly interactions. Key duties include touring the property for prospective renters, highlighting amenities and the lifestyle offered, and assisting prospects in qualifying for an apartment by gathering information and initiating background checks. The consultant also ensures apartments are move‑in ready, provides exceptional service to retain residents, and handles the necessary leasing paperwork. • Conduct property tours and showcase community amenities to prospective renters. • Collect applicant information, run background checks, and qualify prospects for leasing. • Prepare apartments for move‑in and ensure they meet readiness standards. • Deliver exceptional service to residents to promote retention. • Process leasing paperwork and manage office tasks efficiently. • Achieve leasing targets for occupancy and rent growth. • Maintain professional, courteous conduct and adhere to company policies. • Stay organized, meet deadlines, and utilize Windows‑based computer systems.

The position operates in a professional office setting, using standard equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers, and may require travel between properties in various weather conditions. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing stairs or ladders, and remaining stationary for most of the shift, with up to 5 % travel time. • Travel between properties as needed, up to 5 % of work time. • Minimum requirement: high school diploma/GED and at least one year of related experience.
