About the Role
The role ensures production targets are met through coordination with various functions and leadership of shop‑floor teams. It emphasizes safety, customer focus, and continuous improvement across the value stream. • Coordinate with functional areas to guide, develop, and motivate shop‑floor employees. • Champion a safety culture using MESH tools and best practices, empowering employees to take ownership of safety. • Lead implementation of EBS practices (MESH, ECIS, EQS) to enhance overall value‑stream performance. • Use the TIER Meeting process to monitor key operational metrics and drive performance improvements. • Direct daily activities such as manpower movement, job assignments, and time/attendance/vacation management.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold an engineering degree and possess significant manufacturing experience, along with strong communication skills in English and Kannada. • Hold a B.E./B.Tech degree. • Bring 8–10 years of manufacturing experience, including ERP and Lean methodologies. • Communicate effectively in English and Kannada.
