About the Role
The Cleaner works under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor at C&W Services, performing a variety of custodial duties in line with the company's established standards, instructions, and procedures. Daily responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, and washing interior floors using both manual methods and commercial floor buffers, vacuuming rugs and office areas, dusting furniture and fixtures, cleaning interior glass, windowsills, and door trim, as well as maintaining bathroom cleanliness and restocking supplies. Additional tasks involve trash collection, replacing liners, snow removal from entrances and walkways, and periodic high‑dusting, polishing, and wall washing. • Sweep, mop, and wash interior floors using manual and commercial floor machines. • Vacuum rugs and office areas; spot clean and shampoo rugs when directed. • Maintain bathrooms: clean fixtures, restock supplies, and report issues. • Collect building trash, replace liners, and manage waste containers. • Remove snow and ice from entrances and walkways as needed. • Perform periodic high‑dusting, leather/wood polishing, and wall washing. • Follow custodial standards, safety procedures, and report defects to supervisors. • Take direction, work with minimal supervision, and cooperate in a team environment. • Use portable backpack‑style vacuum and other cleaning equipment safely.

What You Bring

Benefits
The position offers a wage of $14.00 per hour and provides eligible employees with a comprehensive benefits package that may include health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending and health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and paid or unpaid time off. Compensation may vary based on geographic location, collective bargaining agreements, and individual qualifications, but will never be below the minimum wage.
