About the Role
The role includes full project life‑cycle management, ensuring designs meet municipal ordinances, conducting feasibility and zoning research, and delivering high‑quality services on schedule and within budget while mentoring junior engineers. • Lead technical design for site planning, road alignment, grading, stormwater management, landscaping, permitting, and prepare drawings and reports. • Review municipal ordinances and regulations to ensure compliance with zoning and design requirements. • Conduct site feasibility, due diligence, and regulatory research for land development projects. • Provide creative design solutions and coordinate with engineers, designers, and CADD technicians. • Monitor project progress throughout the lifecycle to meet schedule and budget targets. • Ensure quality review of engineering sketches, specifications, plans, and technical documentation. • Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering technical skill growth and professional advancement.

What You Bring
The Doylestown, PA office is hiring a Project Manager who will lead design of private subdivision and land development projects, bringing progressive experience in site planning, engineering, and landscape architecture. Candidates must hold a B.S. in Civil Engineering, be a PE (PA preferred), and have at least seven years of relevant experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and strong communication and leadership skills. • Hold a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a Professional Engineer (PE) license; PA license preferred. • Minimum 7 years experience in private land development or infrastructure project management. • Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D; GIS and Hydroflow experience a plus. • Strong written and verbal communication skills for client representation and stakeholder interaction.
