• Deposition experience • Must be barred in NY • Previous experience preparing and responding to initial pleadings, motions to dismiss, demands, discovery, motions for summary judgment, and other trial-related court filings • Excellent legal research, investigation, writing, and verbal skills are also required • Courtroom experience is a plus
