About the Role
The Site Lead will head the Corporate Solutions account for Horizon BCBS, an executive‑level role that develops and implements a strategic account plan to delight the client and maintain a healthy long‑term relationship. This role anticipates client needs, exceeds key performance indicators, and drives financial growth and profitability. Key responsibilities include delivering high client satisfaction through quality service and proactive issue resolution, building and managing high‑performing teams aligned with client business drivers, and achieving financial results by meeting budget and growth targets. The role also drives sales strategy, identifies innovation and cross‑selling opportunities, leads contract renewals, and provides executive‑level reporting. • Lead the Horizon BCBS Corporate Solutions account and execute a strategic plan to exceed client priorities. • Ensure high client satisfaction by delivering quality service, anticipating needs, and resolving issues promptly. • Build, hire, and coach a high‑performing team aligned with client business drivers and firm values. • Manage budget, drive growth and profitability, and expand services beyond existing lines. • Develop compliance programs, maintain accounts receivable within requirements, and mitigate risk. • Identify innovation opportunities, pursue cross‑selling, and lead competitive contract renewals. • Produce executive‑level reporting and serve as internal reference for best‑in‑class delivery.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a relevant degree in strategy, economics, business, management, or real estate; an MBA and/or management consulting experience is preferred, and MRICS or similar designations are desirable. At least 10 years of experience in hospitality or facilities management, strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication, analytical thinking, innovation, business case development, and project management abilities are required. • Hold a relevant degree; MBA or consulting experience preferred; MRICS desirable. • Minimum 10 years experience in hospitality or facilities management with strong analytical, communication, and project‑management skills.
