About the Role
The Manager, Corporate Strategy partners with functional leaders to shape enterprise‑level strategy and supports a wide range of strategic initiatives. This role engages cross‑functional teams to develop functional strategies, improve business performance, evaluate development opportunities, and drive transformation projects. Core activities include market and industry research, financial and operational analysis, stakeholder communication, project planning, and change management. Key responsibilities include analyzing external trends and the competitive landscape, identifying growth opportunities, and recommending long‑term priorities. The manager works closely with leaders to solve complex issues, provide internal consulting, and align organizational input for strategic actions. Research and analysis cover industry research, market analysis, competitive intelligence, risk assessment, profitability analysis, and financial modeling, with findings presented to senior stakeholders. • Conduct market and industry research to inform long‑term strategic positioning. • Perform financial and operational analysis, including profitability modeling and risk assessment. • Develop and communicate strategic recommendations to senior leadership and board members. • Support cross‑functional teams in designing and executing transformation initiatives. • Lead project planning, assess financial impact, and provide implementation support for strategic actions. • Apply hypothesis‑driven approaches to solve ambiguous business problems. • Create compelling presentation materials for diverse stakeholder audiences. • Manage multiple time‑sensitive, cross‑functional projects with limited supervision. • Engage and influence stakeholders throughout change‑management processes. • Maintain high ethical standards and a strong value system. • Leverage MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to produce analytical outputs.

What You Bring
Preferred candidates have top‑tier experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or general management. They apply hypothesis‑driven approaches to ambiguous problems, possess strong quantitative and financial modeling skills, and can generate insights from large data sets. Excellent written and verbal communication, high‑quality presentation creation, stakeholder management, and familiarity with change‑management principles are essential. A minimum of three years of experience in project management, change methodologies, and business consulting or analytics is required.
