What You Bring
• OSHA 30 Certification • Knowledge of National Electrical Code and standard design/construction practices; Clear understanding of OSHA safe workplace practices and procedures; Ability to read and understand electrical single-line and three-line diagrams as well as other construction/DAS/design drawings or permitting documentation • MA Journeyman license required • 1+ years of electrical experience with electrical license • Thermography certifications (Level 1) • Ability to safely climb ladders while carrying 50 pounds • Ability to sit or drive for prolonged periods • NABCEP PV Installer Certification • Ability to work in extreme weather • Completion of NFPA 70E courses • IT/networking skills: familiarity with RS485, Modbus, tcp/ip, etc. • CPR/First Aid • Ability to move safely over uneven terrain • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly • Wellbeing and Employee Assistance • Inverter and/or BESS manufacturers’ certifications
