Entry-level role conducting building envelope inspections, testing, and consulting.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Conduct condition assessments, specialized testing, building envelope consulting, forensic analysis, and repair design. • Perform inspections, testing, and assessments of building enclosures, including air leakage and roofing assessments. • Conduct construction quality assurance observations and design specification reviews. • Execute field performance testing and building enclosure commissioning consulting. • Prepare reports, proposals, and other project deliverables. • Contribute to projects from inception to completion for new and existing construction. • Collaborate with senior staff on a variety of enclosure‑related projects. • Schedule and oversee work of facilities technicians. • Mentor and support the development of other staff members. • Promote a safe workplace and proper use of personal protective equipment.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a B.Arch, M.Arch accredited by the NAAB, or a BS in Engineering, Building Science, or a related ABET‑accredited field. They should have 0‑2 years of relevant experience, with internships or hands‑on construction experience considered a plus. • Demonstrate responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self‑motivation. • Hold a NAAB‑accredited B.Arch/M.Arch or ABET‑accredited BS in Engineering, Building Science, or related field (preferred). • Possess 0‑2 years of relevant experience; internships and hands‑on construction experience are preferred.
