About the Role
We lead projects to deliver agreed outcomes within time, cost and quality parameters, providing day‑to‑day leadership, managing fees, risks and change, and ensuring clarity, accountability and confidence in delivery aligned with client expectations and the Mace Way. • Lead project delivery according to plans, supervising teams and stakeholders to meet KPIs and outcomes. • Embed health, safety and wellbeing standards, demonstrating the Safety First value. • Manage project plans, budgets and schedules, updating regularly and mitigating risks. • Coordinate procurement of consultants and contractors, ensuring quality, compliance and alignment with client objectives. • Maintain robust communication, documentation and reporting with stakeholders in line with the Mace Way. • Oversee project changes, handover documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. • Promote digital, data and responsible business practices, driving innovation and improvement. • Collaborate on net zero carbon transition, proactively managing emissions and reductions throughout delivery.

What You Bring

These site‑based positions embed you in highly skilled, multidisciplinary teams where you will support commercial activities such as monthly pay applications, change‑order reviews, financial reporting and on‑the‑ground decision making. Assignments can be in hot or cool climates, from mountain‑rimmed outdoor locations to vibrant college towns, providing a unique blend of pace, scale and lifestyle. • Hold professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent qualifications. • Demonstrated project management expertise across property or infrastructure delivering results in diverse teams. • Strong commercial, financial and stakeholder management skills with advanced communication and collaboration capability. • Knowledge of sustainability and carbon reduction to shape project delivery aligned with Mace’s responsible business priorities.

The estimated salary for this position is $100,000‑$130,000 USD, dependent on experience, skills and qualifications.
