About the Role

The Leasing Manager oversees all leasing and marketing activities, works with the Community Manager to set leasing goals, develops strategic marketing plans, leads the leasing team, and ensures positive resident relations and occupancy targets are met. • Lead leasing team to achieve occupancy goals and implement effective leasing techniques. • Audit lease files and ensure compliance with policies and Fair Housing/OSHA regulations. • Resolve resident complaints and develop retention programs such as events and newsletters. • Create and execute annual marketing plan, manage campaigns, and monitor market conditions. • Organize leasing and renewal events and track progress toward budgeted occupancy. • Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate on‑site staff, ensuring adherence to company standards. • Oversee customer service, maintenance request responsiveness, and property appearance through regular inspections. • Manage vendor relationships, obtain bids, and control operating expenses. • Perform physical tasks including standing, climbing ladders, lifting up to 25 lb, and working in varied weather conditions.
