About the Role
The role involves safely operating a heavy‑duty truck on transfer routes, performing pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other safety regulations. Drivers must complete all assigned duties, cooperate with Operations Managers, report incidents promptly, and keep customer sites clean after dumping containers. • Operate vehicle in compliance with OSHA, DOT, and all local, state, and federal regulations. • Conduct pre‑ and post‑trip inspections using the Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR). • Report unsafe situations, incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage to Operations Manager or Dispatch immediately. • Participate in scheduled training, briefings, and meetings as required. • Collaborate with Operations Managers to improve route efficiency and address unsafe accounts. • Assist other drivers as directed and follow route assignments throughout the day. • Communicate customer requests or issues to Dispatch or Operations Manager promptly. • Dump containers, clean the site, and position containers properly to avoid blocking driveways or traffic. • Complete and submit customer tickets for excess yardage removal. • Maintain accurate documentation and check‑in at the end of each route.

What You Bring
This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Required qualifications include a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑B) and being at least 18 years old, along with a satisfactory driving record, pre‑employment DOT drug screen, physical, background check and the ability to obtain a REAL ID if needed. • Hold a valid CDL‑B and be at least 18 years old. • Pass pre‑employment DOT drug screening, physical examination, background check, and motor‑vehicle‑record review. • Obtain or be willing to obtain a REAL ID or TSA‑approved alternative for travel or federal property access.
