About the Role

• Perform service and preventive maintenance on a wide range of HVAC equipment. • Conduct detailed electro‑mechanical inspections to maintain system reliability. • Complete clear, timely service reports with parts used and system findings; update documentation daily in CTI’s systems. • Commission, configure, and program control hardware and software. • Review system data, alarms, and trends to identify performance opportunities; update firmware, device parameters, and control configurations as needed. • Assist technicians with advanced troubleshooting and system optimization. • Deliver professional on‑site and remote customer support; communicate system status, recommendations, and next steps. • Build strong customer relationships through reliable follow‑through and quality service.

What You Bring

• Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues accurately. • Minimum 5 years experience in HVAC, controls, or electro‑mechanical work. • Working knowledge of heat pumps, HVAC systems, and building automation. • Ability to read mechanical, electrical, and control schematics. • Comfortable using diagnostic software, control interfaces, and field instruments. • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple job sites. • Strong communication skills and a professional presence. • Ability to lift up to 50 lb. • Ability to stand, climb, kneel, and work in mechanical spaces. • Willingness to work in diverse environmental conditions.
