About the Role
• Take and record vital signs, height, weight, and fluid intake/output. • Monitor for abnormal changes in residents’ conditions and promptly report them. • Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escorting, and other activities of daily living. • Transfer, position, and turn residents safely. • Provide skin care and support nursing rehabilitation/restorative services. • Contribute to resident assessments and care plans while following scheduled care routines. • Offer emotional and social support, promote resident rights, and protect personal belongings. • Report suspected abuse or neglect and avoid unnecessary physical restraints. • Maintain resident confidentiality at all times.

What You Bring
Applicants must hold a high school diploma or equivalent, possess a state‑required CNA license, and have at least one year of clinical or nursing experience. Acceptable English proficiency, basic computer skills, and the ability to work safely in a team environment are also required. • Demonstrate teamwork, multitasking, and strong verbal and written communication skills. • Possess CNA licensure as required by state regulations.

The Certified Nursing Assistant position provides direct care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, LPN/LVN, or Director of Health & Wellness, and is compensated at $19.50 per hour. The role focuses on supporting daily living activities, monitoring health indicators, and contributing to each resident’s care plan.
