About the Role

As a key member of the Strategy & Transformation team, the Manager, Strategic Change drives WSP’s strategic priorities. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Change, the role partners closely with the VP of Organization Effectiveness, Strategy & Transformation colleagues and Finance partners to design, support and implement organisational change. • Support Strategic Change, Strategy & Transformation, and Finance teams to deliver strategic initiatives and facilitate change. • Lead the change effort for the Finance Forward initiative. • Implement strategic change initiatives from design through execution. • Provide executive support in decision‑making and change initiative execution. • Facilitate change conversations with executives and employees. • Build strong relationships across all levels and strengthen WSP’s change infrastructure. • Improve processes and coordinate organizational procedures. • Lead through influence with a hands‑on approach to strategic execution.

What You Bring

• Interpret engagement analytics and KPIs. • Demonstrate strategic foresight and provide tactical change recommendations. • Strong understanding of finance operations and organizational skills. • Creative, future‑focused problem‑solving and deep expertise in change management. • Strong analytical, reporting, stakeholder‑relationship, communication and presentation skills. • Storyboarding and advanced PowerPoint capabilities; exceptional listening and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Post‑secondary education in Business, HR or related field; experience leading strategic initiatives, transformational change and national/global program management.
