About the Role

The Landscape Architectural Designer II will lead the development of outdoor spaces such as gardens, parks, and residential or commercial landscapes. Working closely with project managers, design leads, and interdisciplinary teams, the designer will translate conceptual ideas into functional, aesthetically compelling solutions that meet environmental and budgetary constraints. • Analyze site and architectural influences to develop exterior space concepts. • Produce design diagrams, plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models. • Create site, zoning, and design studies; prepare client and consultant presentations. • Coordinate tasks, timelines, and deliverables with multidisciplinary teams. • Conduct material and planting research to inform design proposals. • Translate schematic design into technical construction documents, including site, material, planting, grading plans, sections, and details. • Review and redline drawings; provide guidance to junior designers. • Manage construction administration tasks under project manager guidance.

What You Bring

• Hold a B.Arch or M.Arch in landscape architecture; 4‑6 years relevant experience; pursuing licensure. • Proficient in Bluebeam, ArcGIS, Grasshopper, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, AutoCAD, Enscape, and digital file organization. • Demonstrated knowledge of landscape design principles, grading, circulation, and horticulture. • Experience with high‑end residential, hospitality, and workplace projects across scales. • Membership in professional organizations (ASLA, IFLA, ULI) preferred.
