About the Role

The position involves using technical software to analyze, produce, and quality-check client deliverables, supporting pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, permitting, and analysis across varied project sizes. Engineers will tackle complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to realize client visions while adhering to federal, state, and local regulations and company standards. • Use technical software to analyze, produce, and quality-check deliverables. • Contribute to pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, permitting, and analysis. • Solve complex problems and collaborate with project managers and interdisciplinary teams. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and company standards. • Learn and apply software tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, MicroStation, VISSIM, OpenRoads, Synchro, GIS. • Participate in student loan matching, performance-based bonuses, tuition reimbursement, and internal training.

Candidates must possess an ABET-accredited engineering degree (bachelor’s or master’s) by Summer 2026 in civil, environmental, mechanical, electrical, biological, biosystems, chemical, agricultural engineering, or engineering technology. New analysts will be trained on discipline-specific software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, MicroStation, VISSIM, OpenRoads, Synchro, and GIS. • Hold an ABET-accredited engineering degree (B.S. or M.S.) by Summer 2026 in a listed engineering discipline.
