About the Role

The driver/operator is responsible for safely operating a heavy‑duty truck on designated transfer routes, ensuring vehicle readiness and compliance with safety standards. • Operate the vehicle in compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company standards while keeping the truck clean and safe. • Complete pre‑ and post‑trip inspections using the Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) and report any issues. • Immediately notify the Operations Manager or Dispatch of unsafe conditions, incidents, or service calls. • Participate in required training, briefings, and meetings as scheduled. • Work with Operations Managers to improve route efficiency and address unsafe accounts. • Assist other drivers as directed and follow all scheduled duties. • Dump containers, clean the site of debris, and position containers properly on customer property. • Submit customer tickets for excess yardage and complete all required documentation at the end of each route.

What You Bring

Applicants must hold a Commercial Driver’s License (Class B), be at least 18 years old, pass a DOT drug screen and background check, and maintain an acceptable driving record; no prior experience is required.
