About the Role
Property Managers operate independently across multiple sites, interacting with customers to assess storage needs, conduct unit inspections, handle cash, and ensure timely payments, while also maintaining the facilities. • Assess customers’ storage requirements and recommend appropriate unit sizes and moving supplies. • Perform daily inspections of storage units to verify inventory, readiness, and availability. • Audit cash drawers, process bank deposits, and handle customer payments. • Conduct reminder and collection calls to keep accounts current. • Maintain interior and exterior facility cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and curb‑side upkeep. • Transport items weighing up to 35 lb and navigate stairs and large doors throughout the shift. • Achieve performance‑based bonuses by meeting or exceeding property targets.

What You Bring
The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, spend up to half of the shift walking or standing outdoors, climb stairs, and perform cleaning and maintenance tasks both inside and around the property. Ideal candidates have customer‑service‑focused sales experience in retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or similar environments, possess a valid driver’s license, and use their own vehicle for travel between locations (mileage reimbursed). • Travel between multiple property locations using a personal vehicle; valid driver’s license required (mileage reimbursed).
