About the Role
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for an assigned property. • Show, lease, and move‑in prospective residents, qualifying and signing leases. • Generate and follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and conduct tours. • Complete all leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits and unit turn processes. • Maintain accurate prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, improve closing ratios, and exceed leasing goals. • Perform administrative tasks and support resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Address resident complaints, requests, and ensure overall satisfaction. • Assist in implementing the annual marketing plan and conduct weekly market surveys. • Maintain thorough knowledge of property features, competition, and market conditions. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor service request turnaround, and uphold community policies.

What You Bring
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and an understanding of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations. The role requires regular on‑site attendance, the ability to move around the property, lift up to 25 lb, and work varying hours including weekends and emergencies.
