About the Role
The Maintenance Technician at Peaks at Redington is responsible for supporting residents by ensuring quality move‑ins, resident satisfaction, and timely service. This role combines hands‑on maintenance work with superior customer service and represents Cushman & Wakefield’s standards of professionalism. Key duties include preparing make‑ready apartments (painting, carpet repair, cleaning, and general repairs), responding promptly to resident service requests, and maintaining common‑area amenities such as grounds, pools, hot tubs, and dog parks. The Technician must also handle on‑call emergencies, report maintenance concerns, and perform scheduled upkeep while adhering to fair housing regulations. • Prepare make‑ready apartments (paint, carpet repair, cleaning, general repairs). • Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests. • Perform plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical, carpentry, painting, and snow‑removal tasks. • Maintain grounds, pools, hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities. • Provide on‑call support for after‑hours emergencies. • Report maintenance issues in vacant units, model homes, and common areas. • Follow fair housing laws and complete required training. • Uphold company uniform standards and safety procedures. • Read technical manuals, compute basic math, and write routine reports.

What You Bring
The position requires a valid driver’s license, EPA 608 Type II certification (or equivalent), and the ability to read technical manuals, perform basic math calculations, and write routine reports. Candidates should hold a high school diploma, GED, or vocational training and have at least one year of relevant maintenance experience. Work is performed in a professional office setting with regular travel between properties, exposure to varying weather, and the physical demands of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 100 pounds. Safety procedures must be followed at all times, and attendance reliability is essential. • Possess a valid driver’s license and EPA 608 Type II certification. • Hold a high school diploma, GED, or vocational training with 1+ year of experience. • Travel between properties up to 10% of the time and lift/move up to 100 lb.

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $22.10 to $26.00 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, retirement plans, and paid time off.
